What does “processing” mean?
Processing means your available merchandise is being picked, packed, and shipped.

Processing begins as soon as your items are in stock and your credit card is charged and approved. Processing times vary but usually take one to four business days.* Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and your order status will update from “processing” to “shipped” within one business day.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We have thousands of satisfied customers all around the world. We will gladly ship to most countries.

Can you leave special instructions for the delivery person?

We often receive requests from customers for a delivery person to leave a package on the porch, next door, in the backyard, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot pass on this information to the shipping company. In our experience, the shipping carriers don’t give us the ability to communicate special delivery instructions to their drivers. Our suggestion is that you contact your regular delivery person and inform him or her of any special requests.

Can you double-box / double-pack my order?
We do not offer this service at this time. Rest assured that collectible items will be packed well and boxed appropriately, however. Remember: We offer a Mint Condition Guarantee™ (unless otherwise stated on the item).
